The first week of August is here, and that means new routines, fresh notebooks, and probably a little back-to-school chaos. But before things get too busy, I want to encourage you with this simple truth: You’re not doing this alone.

You don’t have to be a perfect parent, just a present one. God has a plan not just for your child, but for you as well. As you guide, prepare, and encourage, God guides, prepares, and strengthens you.

Lord, thank you for trusting me with my child. As we prepare for a new school year, give me wisdom, peace, and patience. Help me lead with grace, and trust that You are working in our family’s story. Amen.

God doesn’t expect perfection from you, just trust. He’s already gone ahead of your child into the classroom, and He’s walking right beside you, too.
